 Ballet Class + ass

Part pilates ass, part ballet foundations class. This class starts with booty focused Pilates and core work, and builds to basic ballet technique and alignment, you’ll learn and repeat ballet essentials like plies and tendus to get the legs, back, and arms working hard. No ballet experience necessary. Wear anything you can move in that shows your form, so you can make sure you’re doing all the movements with healthy alignment. Socks or ballet shoes for your tootsies.
