THE GOOD MOVE
(HIIT, PILATES, & DANCE)
Our namesake class, The Good Move was created to give you a taste of our favorite movement medicines all in one dose. Give your mind, body and soul a boost with hiit intervals, strength training, dance cardio, core conditioning, expressive movement and stretch. No choreo, no pressure, just a whole lot of heart expanding, stress relieving, sweat inducing fun.

ADULT BEGINNER DANCE
(like the hot bitch you always knew you were)
Even the shyest movers have a little hot bitch inside them, just waiting for a chance to let loose and drop that booty! Hot Bitch is for anyone who has ever felt intimidated by Dance Class with a capital D. It’s a no-judgment space, a warm and inclusive experience where you’re encouraged to embrace your own desires and your own style as you learn the basics. Class starts with a soothing mind/body meditation, into learning basic pop/ contemporary dance steps, with a little bit of sassy contemporary choreo at the end. Dance and be free!

MODERN-ISH
Wanna move big and free, noodle around, take up lots of space with expressive, athletic, full hearted movement? Our Modern dance class is for movers looking to drop into their bodies and spirits, explore accessible modern choreography and express themselves through dance. It’s a lil modern, a lil contemp, A LOT OF FEELING!

HIP HOP
GM HIP HOP is an intermediate class for to dancers learn contemporary and retro street style hip hop choreography in a low stakes, high fun environment. After a juicy warmup to get you nice and loose, you’ll learn a cute lil combo. If you’re baby-brand new to dance and choreography, start with Adult Beginner Dance Like The Hot Bitch You Always Knew You Were, and work your way up to Hip Hop when you feel like you’ve got the basics!
ADVANCED HIP HOP will have a fast warm-up, then will be diving straight into steps and moving through choreo at an advanced pace. Come give yourself the dance challenge you’ve been craving!

SLUTTY JAZZ
SLUTTY JAZZ is an intermediate energetic, expressive, theatrical, sexy AF class that focuses on technique, conditioning, and helping dancers build confidence and a captivating performance style.
Expect center barre, drills and sequences that challenge, building up to a high energy combo that will definitely have you dropping it low, satisfying the slutty jazzerina in all of us!
We recommend starting with Adult Beginner Dance Like The Hot Bitch You Always Knew You Were and work your way up to Slutty Jazz.

BEYOND PILATES
Not your mama’s classical Pilates! This class blends the precision of Pilates with the creativity of functional movement, the rhythm of light cardio, and the fluidity of dance. Expect a balanced, low-impact workout that builds strength, mobility, and endurance — while teaching you to move with greater awareness, intuition, and ease. You’ll leave feeling strong, supple, and deeply connected to your body — ready for whatever movement your life (or joy) demands.

SOMATIC Rx
This class is for those looking to find a deeper and more compassionate relationship with their bodies, who are eager to listen to their inner voice, and make space for the body to talk.
Using Jules' signature blend of dance-driven somatic practices, breath work, Pilates, functional strength, fascia stretch, guided visualization, and journaling- we connect deeply with ourselves, expand our capacity, and move into new ways of expressing and being in our bodies.
No two sessions are the same, as each class is informed by the season, the astrology of the moment, and the collective energy of those in the room.

FORMAT PILATES
BY HELEN PHELAN STUDIO
A 50-minute full mind/body workout, artfully blending athletic contemporary Pilates with rigorous bodyweight strength training, luxurious myofascial release and purposeful breathwork. Expect creative and challenging sequencing to sweat, shake, breathe, open and release both physical and emotional tension. You’ll leave feeling grounded, powerful, and connected to your core like never before. HPS has been featured in The New York Times, InStyle, Huffington Post, Coveteur, Well and Good, and more.

BALLET CLASS & ASS
We love ballet, but we hate ballet baggage! That's why we created this intermediate intensity class that's 1/2 pilates, 1/2 ballet foundations, and 100% feel good fun. Class starts with glute focused Pilates and core work to get you in touch with all the muscles you need to start popping plies. After our Pilates warm up, we move into basic ballet technique, alignment, and essential steps (plies, tendus, and simple ballet choreography at the end). This class will get your whole body feeling strong and moving with grace. No ballet experience necessary. Wear anything you feel comfy in--tutu's and tiaras or sweatpants and scrunchies, it's up to you! Socks or ballet shoes for your tootsies.

YOGA FLOW
Vinyasa yoga, but make it DANCERLY. Our flows are fluid, expressive, core-focused, creative, and balanced-- designed to get your body warm, your heart open, and your energy flowing freely.
